Breath in Motion

 

Breathwork is a potent gateway into self awareness. We begin by working on physical and postural adjustments to help the client get the most ou of their breath practice.

We scaffold by practicing gentle pranayama practices, that is, ancient gentle practices to connect us with the flow of breath and open up any bloackages, physical mental and emotional.

When we determine readiness, we shift into a more activated gear. This practice often includes acute physical sensations that wane and surge with the breath itself. Often breathers may notice intense emotions, or memories will surface when we get deeper into the practice. In our session we will engage with our emotional and kinetic responses as a means to explore the inner landscape through the breath. As we traverse the pathways that open up to us, we come into contact with our own healing. I look forward to breathing with you.
