Join me at Lifeguard Tower 28 at Santa Monica Beach for a daylong wellness staycation. Superbloom Collective is an incredible nonprofit delivering accessible wellness offerings to the West side community. This day will feature work outs, sold plunge, breathwork, a sunset dance party and more. They are truly doing the work of providing our community with wellness offerings and a supportive, loving container for self expression and self exploration.
