Join us for breathwork in the healing sanctuary of Into Me Sea for a sweet Mother’s Day experience. Led by Sonya Barriere, we will spend an afternoon recharging out internal stores through activating breathwork.
We will reflect on the bloom of spring and the heat of the incoming summer as we navigate any internal blockages of stagnation through the use of breath. We begin with co-regulation practices to build a container around our community and then dive into an hour long active breath practice. Three part breath upregulates the nervous system and floods the body with oxygen, sparking circulation of energy and allowing the body to process stored experiences. We wind down the breath into deep relaxation and then come out the other side into tender integration.
