An alternative Sunday intermediate-advanced Breathwork experience designed to connect you to the divine within. Using the powerful tool of the breath as we move our bodies to allow space for energy to pour into us, we touch Source through the vehicle of our bodies. BYO mats, props and blankets, water, optional eyemask, journal and pen.
