Greetings dears, welcome to the entrance of the Portal. To prepare for the sonic magic of the evening we will gather to breathe and sing before we settle in to cross the threshold. Once settled in, you’ll be bathed in the frequencies of gong, crystal and metal singing bowls, tuning forks and voice.

These absolutely mystical instruments have been used since time immemorial to affect change in our bodies. When frequency passes through a space, it literally changes the shape of the air in gorgeous geometric patterns known as cymatics.

As fluid, resonant beings our bodies are deeply receptive to these frequencies. With that in mind, we explore harmony and dissonance as medicine for the psyche and body throughout this experience. This is the Portal, you will be taken deep in to inner space. People report a wide variety of sensations, memories, activation or deep rest. The journey will be unique to you. We complete by closing the circle with an opportunity to share your experience in community.
