Join us at Here U Belong (HUB) for a lovely couple hours of gentle breathwork practices and a sound bath. We have three consectutive Wednesdays at HUB and will use them to explore the themes of Self care, Community Care and Global Care over these sessions.
HUB is a special community container and this space is perfect for coming to rest and relax your nervous system among friends.
We’ll spend some time to gather and check in with optional herbal enhancement, discuss and meditate on Self Care, and practice gentle breathwork before laying down to receive a guided body scan meditation and a beautiful sound bath. There is some squish available to share, but if you want anything special please BYO. Also if you feel called please bring snacks to share 🌸
