Unwind in the Anima Mundi Venice garden on Sunday, September 28th from 7-9pm with gentle somatic movement, breathwork and healing sounds. Link here.
Enjoy the resonant frequencies of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, a gong and tuning forks as you lay under the open sky of Anima Mundi’s private garden oasis. Sonya will guide you in gentle somatic movement and breathwork practices to slow down your nervous system to prepare for a deeply restorative sound bath.
Sound affects us at a molecular level, shaping our fluids and resonant spaces such as our blood, sinuses, lungs and our abdominal cavities into geometric patterns known as cymatics; the shape of sound. During the sound bath you are likely to feel different sensations and possibly emotions rising up in your consciousness as these harmonic and dissonant patterns interact with your unique body, mind and energy field. We will spend time afterward in circle sharing our experiences and taking time to journal to integrate what arises.
Be sure to bring a yoga mat and comfy items to support your body as you’ll be laying down for about 45 minutes to an hour. Wear layers and bring blankets in case the evening gets chilly, and optionally feel free to bring a journal and pen, and a mug to sip tea.
